Every day, while walking to our favourite park or station, we all witness bins overflowing with rubbish and sometimes, we don’t have any other option than look the other way.
However, if we let rubbish become a natural part of the streets, not only does it impact the aesthetics of our parks and streets, but it alters the necessary hygiene for our communities to enjoy them safely. This is something that can be addressed.
At Keyrus UK, we wish to join forces to collect rubbish in our local communities, including parks and nature reserves. We believe simple but collective actions like this are a perfect starting point to create a consciousness of preserving our local spaces and nature. We will be heading out in force armed with litter pickers over the coming months to make a positive impact on our local environment – watch this space!
