The client, a prestigious Belgian luxury brand specializing in leather goods, is currently facing a significant IT challenge. As part of their integration with their parent company, they need to migrate their existing IT architecture. To address this, they have engaged Keyrus to conduct a comprehensive "as-is" analysis of their current application landscape, infrastructure, business intelligence (BI), data governance, and documentation policies. Following this analysis, Keyrus has provided recommendations to address any identified weaknesses and guide future improvements. Based on the client's prioritization, proposals for projects will be developed in line with these recommendations.

Project Roadmap and Budgeting: For each recommendation, we were tasked with defining a detailed project roadmap, complete with an associated budget, to effectively implement the proposed solutions. Stakeholder Management and Communication: We managed a diverse group of stakeholders across various hierarchical levels, navigating complex political dynamics between the client and its parent company. Effective communication was crucial to the success of our mission.
