Our client is a Belgian bank specializing in financial services for entrepreneurs and liberal professionals. With a personalized approach, the bank focuses on long-term wealth management, offering tailored banking and investment solutions.
Challenge
Our client is migrating towards a new application architecture (deployment of the new data platform) and wishes to address the challenges currently faced with Data & Analytics. Three data-related priorities were identified to bring the organization to a higher level of maturity: How to Organize around Data? How to provide Visibility on Data? How to Manage Analytics?
Approach
Together with our client we designed the to be Data Governance organization fitting the organisation & culture of the Bank. Further an Analytics Management Framework was created enabling freedom for Self-Service users within a framework guaranteeing control and security. Finally all was combined in a short- & long-term implementation roadmap.

A solid Data Governance framework helps our client to enhance decision making, reduce risks and drive operational efficiency. The design of Analytics Governance processes streamlines the approach to Analytics & Data Science setting freedom within the frame for self-service BI users.
