Our client is one of the leading HR and payroll service providers in Belgium. They are experts in HR services and payroll calculation and also provide consultancy services. They have an enormous amount of data that needs to be systematically organized and prepared for reporting.

Challenge

The primary challenge was to consolidate diverse data from multiple systems into a unified, near-real-time data warehouse. This effort also required the setup of a high-speed, intuitive reporting environment featuring a range of standard reports, each equipped with multilingual support and a robust, role- and client-based security structure.
