Our client wants to put up a digital Customer zone and thus needs a 360-view on their Partners and Customers. This approach is unveiling several Data Quality issues. A lot of efforts on Data Quality are already in place at our client, but quality issues keep arising. There is need for a solid framework to tackle these problems in a pragmatic way.
We analyzed key business processes at our client with Customer/Partner entities in mind and looked at the touchpoints with different data assets. Data Quality Issues were identified and their root-causes discovered. We developed of a roadmap containing preventive and corrective actions to remediate the issues. Further we rolled out our Data Quality Accelerator by leveraging on their Azure stack. Finishing it of by establishing Roles and Responsibilities around the DQ Framework within our client’s Organization.
By setting up the Data Quality Framework within our client, they now can tackle their Data Quality issues in a structured way. The proposed prioritized list of preventive and corrective actions will help our client to increase Data Quality to the desired level, leveraged by the Data Quality Framework. By starting a Data Quality Journey, our client now has a better view on their entities and the consistency between different systems, letting them shape their future landscape. Lastly, the implementation of the Framework will improve our client’s analytical possibilities, reducing the overall time to value of data projects.
