The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders takes place in the second quarter of each year.
Financial Information and Events
Quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial information is communiciated through online press releases within an hour of the Euronext market's closure (5:30pm CET). These releases are also distributed by a professional broadcasting service and can be found on numerous stock exchange websites. The financial schedule for these releases can be found above on this page. A meeting for financial analysts is held on the same day as the publication of the annual and half-yearly results. In accordance with regulations, Keyrus posts a large number of documents in the Publications section of our website, including: reference documents (including the Annual Report), half-yearly reports, internal control reports and reports on enterprise governance, etc.
