The client wanted to define a roadmap to meet its business and IT challenges. Keyrus helped the subsidiary define its "Data & Digital 2020" vision and, at the same time, performed an IT diagnostic to support this vision.
Keyrus Canada's approach for this type of project follows different phases linked to each other: - Review of existing IT documentation; - Interviews with representatives of all the subsidiary's business units; - Analysis and documentation of Data & Digital; - Workshops with the IT team to evaluate the implementation of the Data & Digital plan.
