Background

Our client is the medical leader in assisted reproduction with more than 70 clinics in Europe, Asia, and America. Since its opening, more than 125,000 children have been born thanks to its assisted reproduction techniques.

Challenge

The company was experiencing customer churn and did not have the necessary information to carry out retention and loyalty campaigns. They needed to process data from different sources in the most effective way possible in order to understand which customers were most likely to leave.

Approach

- Determined which types of data were relevant for the project. - Identified the best predictor variables related to customer churn to create a predictive churn model. - Created dashboards so that business users could obtain insights from the data in a visual, simple, and concise way.
