Challenge

The inability to meet business development demands with old paper-based management resulted in high communication costs, low efficiency, non-smooth business processes, and delays in progress. Implement global order management on a unified platform to ensure fair product pricing, maintain business profitability despite price fluctuations, and implement product information management and maintenance.

Approach

Build a B2B ordering mall based on the SAP Commerce Cloud to implement the unified management of contents, enable independent ordering for agents, and integrate the ERP system and shipping system to obtain synchronised information. Manage the standard price of raw materials and the various factors that influence market price (regions, logistics methods, and types of customers) on the platform and calculate the sale price of raw materials. Build an after-sales feedback channel for customer complaints to handle feedback from dealers effectively and promptly to improve the overall dealer experience.
