Challenge

Implement a closed-loop operation for the entire process and a single management of orders, after-sales services, billing and settlement for dealers. Keep up with Liby's changing policies for promotional campaigns by using its promotional engine with flexible configurations. Enable connectivity and data integration through system structure planning and links to other third-party systems.

Approach

Using the Sap Commerce Cloud platform, establish a unified platform for dealers to place orders, which can enable them to independently log in, place orders, and provide after-sales services, such as invoicing, financial verification, etc., giving them a set of online management tools. Stay in line with the complicated and changing policies for promotional campaigns, using its promotional engine with flexible configurations. Implement delivery fulfillment by opening a connecting channel for the ERP system and enabling online consultation and communication for dealers by eliminating barriers in the customer service system.
