Since its creation, the Keyrus Foundationn, the Keyrus Foundation has been committed to promoting gender equality in the tech industry.
It is one of the founding companies of the Fondation Femmes@numériqueumerique.fr/, which promotes the place of women in the digital sector.
It supports the "Intrépides de la Tech" project run by Simplon, which aims to introduce young people to coding and AI, to discuss the issue of gender in tech and to raise awareness of digital culture among schoolgirls in order to counteract the weight of stereotypes in scientific fields.

Each year, many Keyrus employees talk about their studies and career paths to young schoolgirls in order to help them in their choice of career.
In 2022, the Keyrus Foundation strengthened its commitment to gender equality in the scientific professions by participating in the symposium organised by the Femmes et Sciences association, the theme of which was "the place of women in the digital professions".
This round table highlighted the urgent need to increase awareness and best practices in order to effectively fight against gender inequality in technology. Aware of the importance of this societal issue, Keyrus has a vigorous policy of gender equality within the company, which has resulted in 44% of its staff being women. Its Foundation is proud to mobilise its female employees with partner associations to act in favour of this parity.
