Zain Bahrain Partners with Keyrus to Launch a Next-Generation Super App Experience

Manama, Bahrain – 22 July 2025: In a strategic move to further accelerate its digital transformation, Zain Bahrain has partnered with Keyrus, a global consultancy specialized in data and digital experience, to launch a next generation Super App. This completely new platform replaces Zain’s previous mobile application and introduces a unified experience built on the Omniflow platform, bringing together Customer Care, Marketplace, Services and Data Intelligence in a seamless, user-centric interface.

A New Innovative Chapter in Customer Experience

Designed to meet the growing demand for fast, intuitive, and personalized services, the Super App offers users a one-stop digital ecosystem. Customers can now manage their subscriptions, shop for digital services and content, access real-time support, and receive tailored offers, all within a single mobile app.

By integrating the Care, Commerce, and Data layers of its digital ecosystem, Zain Bahrain is redefining how telecom services are accessed, experienced, and valued.
