About us
Keyrus is committed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. We humanize the future by promoting prosperity, protecting the planet, supporting our employees, clients and suppliers in building a fairer and more sustainable world. Our commitment materializes through creating positive impacts in three pillars: social, environmental, and governance pillars.
At Keyrus we are not just thinking of having a positive impact, we act on it, by design. We translate our vision, Humanizing the Future, into actions. And we mean it. We adopt a perspective in which technology is designed to support people, companies and society achieving long-term goals.
We bring together initiatives to promote a balanced, inclusive and caring work environment around the world. In practice, we are particularly focused on:
Making diversity and inclusion a day-to-day reality
Installing gender equality as a foundational value
Promoting health and well-being at work
Giving our employees the means to grow, as professionals, and as human beings
Keyrus is determined to reduce its carbon footprint in a sustainable way and to use data as a means to an end: the climate emergency. We therefore promote a climate-conscious attitude in all our digital and real-world activities, both internally and externally. Our concrete initiatives cover:
Responsible mobility
Energy management and waste recycling
Sustainable consumption and procurement policies
Keyrus builds its reputation on the values of respect, fairness, and progress, in a sustainable and human way. These values are the foundation of our relationships with all of our stakeholders, while respecting strict confidentiality rules.
The Keyrus Foundation was born in 2017 from the desire of the Keyrus Group and its president to strengthen its social and societal commitment by multiplying its corporate philanthropy actions and mobilizing as many of its employees as possible at its side. Inspired by a strong culture of Innovation, the Group's true DNA, the Keyrus Foundation aims to defend equal opportunities and to promote human and cultural diversity by supporting innovative and supportive associative projects.
Our environmental social governance (ESG) strategy focuses on three main pillars, material issues that are consistent with our stakeholders’ interests and business model : Environmental, Social and Governance. For each of these pillars, the Group defines and deploys a dedicated ESG policy. This ESG policy takes the form of specific commitments associated with KPIs.
