Full Visibility for Energy Technology Facilities Through Intelligent Analytics

+ 350

Workflow automation achieved within 6 months, reducing tasks that once took hours to just minutes.

Background

A global leader in energy technology (gas turbines, power plants, energy storage, etc.) was struggling to clearly understand and visualise operations across its multiple factories due to the complexity of its data management. The company sought support to improve the efficiency of its data management and analytics processes.

Challenge

With 36 factories operating on siloed systems and relying on multiple data sources such as SAP and AWS, the organisation faced significant data management complexity. This fragmented landscape made analysis difficult and led to slow, manual processes across the business.

Approach

Keyrus conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the organisation’s existing data management processes, analytical capabilities, and improvement expectations. This assessment examined both technology and people - reviewing tools, workflows, skills, and overall data maturity across the business. Based on the identified gaps and the future-state model defined with the client, our Keyrus data consultants developed a strategic implementation roadmap. This roadmap outlined the initiatives, priorities, and steps required to modernise their data landscape and enable scalable, high-quality analytics.

Key results

01
Scalable automation across the organisation
02
Increased productivity and time savings
03
Improved data and process quality

Benefits

The organisation gained full visibility across all factory operations through simplified, consolidated access to its energy technology data. Automation significantly reduced manual work, streamlining processes and improving data quality. These improvements also empowered teams with clearer insights, stronger data management practices, and more efficient workflows, freeing up valuable time to focus on higher-value, business-critical tasks.
