Background

A leading UK business rescue & recovery firm reached out to Keyrus to help them build an automated analytics platform that would allow them to generate sales leads.

Challenge

With daily internal, third-party, and publicly available data sets, matching and reconciling this information is an enormous analytical task. It was taking the business a significant amount of time and manual input.

Approach

Analysing the client requirements, working with stakeholders and understanding what outcomes the business wished to achieve, Keyrus opted for an Alteryx and Fuzzy Matching solution to reconcile internal and third-party data sources. We built API's to Companies House and London Gazette to enhance data and combine it from multiple sources into daily reports for the sales team. Finally, we used Tableau to allow for further data investigation and insights.
