ERP platforms integrated into a centralized foundation
Reduction in Snowflake warehouse spend
Data collection and consolidation time reduction
Our client is a large global apparel and activewear manufacturer with complex reporting needs across finance, operations, sales, and inventory. Over several years, the organization has been modernizing its analytics ecosystem from legacy BI and data architecture patterns toward a cloud-based foundation using Snowflake, Talend, Tableau, Qlik, and dbt. Keyrus has supported the client as a trusted long-term BI and data modernization partner from 2018 through 2026, providing embedded expertise across architecture evaluation, Snowflake implementation, reporting modernization, data modeling, validation, and platform optimization.
The client needed to modernize its data architecture to better leverage enterprise information assets and create a more scalable foundation for analytics. Their environment included fragmented semantic models, legacy reporting logic, and data spread across multiple ERP platforms, which limited visibility across finance, operations, sales, and inventory. Business teams relied on manual data collection, consolidation, and validation processes, making reporting slow and difficult to govern. The client required a modern Snowflake-based architecture that could integrate ERP data, centralize business logic, improve data reliability, support Tableau-based analytics, and reduce the cost and complexity of managing cloud data workloads.
Keyrus supported the client as a trusted long-term BI and data modernization partner, helping evolve their analytics architecture from legacy BI and fragmented data models into a scalable Snowflake-based foundation. The work began with architecture evaluation and proof-of-concept activities across Snowflake, Talend, Denodo, and related cloud data components, validating connectivity, performance, and fit against the client’s new BI architecture. Keyrus then supported the implementation of Snowflake and Talend, including environment setup, database and table creation, ETL/ELT processes, test case development, and solution validation. Over time, Keyrus helped modernize the client’s analytics ecosystem by extracting legacy QlikView logic, translating it into SQL, and centralizing reusable business logic in Snowflake. This enabled Tableau and downstream analytics to consume governed, validated data models across finance, operations, sales, and inventory. Keyrus also supported ongoing optimization, including Snowflake model development, validation, documentation, and warehouse management to improve performance, reduce manual effort, and control platform spend.
'Keyrus helped the client move from a fragmented legacy analytics environment toward a more scalable, governed, and cost-managed cloud data foundation. By integrating ERP data into Snowflake, centralizing reusable business logic, and supporting Tableau-based analytics, the client gained a more consistent view of finance, operations, sales, and inventory performance. This reduced manual data collection and validation effort, improved trust in reporting, and enabled faster access to business-ready data. The modernization also created a stronger foundation for future analytics and AI-enabled use cases. With Snowflake and dbt supporting centralized logic management, the client can continue to scale analytics adoption while improving maintainability, performance, and cloud cost control.
Move faster, work smarter, and get ahead with an end-to-end solution for deriving value from data! This is the objective of Qlik when supporting companies around the world. Qlik has been a Leader in Magic Quadrant for Analytics and BI for more than 10 years.
