Over the years, our client has grown into a multidisciplinary company with a leading position in its markets: construction, property development and concessions. They specialize in construction, infrastructure and marine works, often entering into contracts with a high level of complexity.
Challenge
Our client wanted to enable corporate wide fact-based decision to reduce costs and set optimal prices, by creating a group-wide BI solution. The aim was to build a new data warehouse and flexible reporting & analysis possibilities to meet recurring and ad-hoc business requests.
Approach
This end-to-end project included business requirements collection, functional and technical analysis, architecture, modelling and the construction of relevant business dashboards. The decision was made to go for a 100% serverless cloud environment on Microsoft Azure collecting and harmonizing all relevant data, transform it and make it available as information to different business stakeholders.
