Challenge

The client faced the challenge of creating a unified, efficient portal where their clients could seamlessly access critical information and services. Specifically, they needed a centralized platform where clients could log in to view and order data reports and submit troubleshooting requests. Their existing system was fragmented, causing inefficiencies and delays in client interactions. Additionally, they needed to integrate their data structure housed in Redshift with a new Data Inventory table in AWS and streamline their Salesforce experience to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency.

Approach

Salesforce Communities: Developed a custom Salesforce Communities portal allowing clients to log in, check data reports, order new reports, and access industry-relevant articles. AWS Integration: Built a Data Inventory table in AWS to connect with their existing data structure in Redshift. Salesforce Optimization: Streamlined their Salesforce experience to enhance user engagement and efficiency. Contractual Process Automation: Implemented Conga to automate and optimize their contractual processes.
