Our client is an American asset management firm specializing in alternative assets. With over $800 billion in assets, this client frequently pursuits the latest in cutting edge technology to continually be a leader in how asset management firms operate.
Challenge
Client faced challenge of long onboarding time whenever they were trying to integrate data from recently acquired companies. the process was cumbersome and inefficient
Approach
Keyrus met with business to understand what datasets are common amongst the companies, and what metrics / KPIs were important to the client. The goal was to create the most efficient process for a newly acquired company to have their data onboarded into our clients database, and in a spot where it could quickly be consumed. This resulted in the identification and classification of expected data; three data models that organzied, cleaned, and output metrics identified as critical for the business; and three dashboards that allowed users to review the health of the company's metrics within one week of onboarding.
