About us
Keyrus is committed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. As organizations enter the intelligence era, the human and societal questions become more important, not less. We design the systems that operationalize intelligence, and we hold ourselves accountable for the conditions in which they operate. Our commitment materializes through three pillars: social, environmental, and governance.

Technology amplifies. Culture differentiates. Industrialized AI repositions humans where their value is irreducible: understanding, deciding, creating, designing, arbitrating. Our conviction is that the organizations that lead in the intelligence era will be those that build space for human judgment, expertise, and responsibility at every level. We translate this conviction into action across our operations, our clients, and our communities.
Joining differences and talents. We bring together initiatives to promote a balanced, inclusive, and caring work environment globally. In practice we focus on making diversity and inclusion a day-to-day reality, treating gender equality as a foundational value, promoting health and well-being at work, and giving every employee the means to grow as professionals and as people.
A climate-conscious digital attitude. Keyrus is committed to reducing its carbon footprint sustainably and using data in service of the climate emergency. Our initiatives cover responsible mobility, energy management, waste recycling, and sustainable consumption and procurement policies, applied across our internal operations and our client engagements.
Ethics, compliance, and sustainability, part of who we are. Keyrus builds its reputation on the values of respect, fairness, and progress. These values shape our relationships with clients, employees, partners, and the communities where we operate, and they extend to the governance of every intelligent system we design.
Created in 2017, the Keyrus Foundation extends the group's social and societal commitment through corporate philanthropy and the active engagement of our employees. Inspired by the same culture of innovation that defines the group, the Foundation works to defend equal opportunities and promote human and cultural diversity by supporting innovative associative projects.
Our environmental social governance (ESG) strategy focuses on three main pillars, material issues that are consistent with our stakeholders’ interests and business model : Environmental, Social and Governance. For each of these pillars, the Group defines and deploys a dedicated ESG policy. This ESG policy takes the form of specific commitments associated with KPIs.
