The challenge
The bank needed advanced data visualisation and accurate reporting for effective future business decisions and secure competitive advantage.GoTyme Bank recognised it required help to design, develop and deploy Tableau dashboards to drive this.
The bank was also in need of guidance about how to set up, configure and manage Tableau Server in its environment. It wanted to understand more about the features and benefits, including data governance, collaboration, scalability and security.

Solution

Keyrus held a number of professional but informal brown bag sessions as well as hands-on demonstrations to train users about Tableau’s multitude of features. The BI experts also helped to develop several different complex visualisations.
To ensure change and task management, Keyrus proposed Confluence,an excellent collaboration and knowledge management tool.

Confluence, the digital bank’s new change and task management system, documents all tasks aligned to the dashboards. This allows BI team members to collaborate and keep records of change requests. It also helps them to plan, organise, communicate and monitor the dashboard development process.
