A global leader in advanced medical technology, our client specializes in particle therapy and innovative medical systems. Committed to enhancing healthcare quality and safety, their mission focuses on delivering efficient, reliable solutions to improve patient outcomes. To support their technical operations, the client depends on robust data management systems, including Power BI, to drive reporting and data-informed decisions. This project aimed to equip employees with essential Power BI skills, enabling them to manage complex data models and utilize data warehouses effectively for real-world applications.
Though employees had foundational skills in data analysis, the training needed to accommodate both technical and non-technical staff, including HR and marketing teams. While some participants had basic Power BI knowledge, most had limited experience. The primary challenge was creating a training program adaptable to various expertise levels, leveraging the client’s data to ensure relevance and immediate applicability. The training aimed to reduce IT support reliance by empowering employees to handle their own data requirements. By integrating the client’s business processes into the training, participants connected theoretical learning to practical, day-to-day tasks.
• Developed customized training materials using the client’s internal data and processes. • Delivered on-site training in at the client's offices, allowing participants to learn in a familiar environment. • Structured the program to balance theory with hands-on practice, including: Three days of training with interactive exercises and practical demonstrations. Real-world use cases from the client’s business. Training provided in the requested language. Certificates of completion for participants.
• Improved Efficiency: Employees can now perform data analysis independently, reducing reliance on IT support. • Consistency: A unified approach to data management, fostering a common framework for new reports and models. • Cross-functional Skills: Even non-technical teams like HR and marketing are now able to leverage data more effectively. • Scalability: The training model can be easily expanded to other departments or locations.
