Following the successful implementation of Tableau as its BI and analytics tool, Namibia Breweries identified the need for impactful training and continuous support of its business users as a crucial step to ensure effective analysis of its data. Approach
Namibia Breweries entered into a Support Agreement with Keyrus to ensure ongoing technical and user support for its BI community. This includes Tableau Technical Support with a modern ticketing system and a consultative training model which gives the brewery access to a team of BI experts at Keyrus, and to practical, reusable Tableau content.
